Shipping Rates

 We currently ship to all 58 Algerian States. We are working on international shipping details and will include them here as they become available.

Processing Times

Our processing time refers to the time we require to prepare your order for shipping. 

All Shipping Methods – Dispatched within 1-5 business (working) days. 

Please Note: All orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday, or next possible business (working) day.

Delivery Standards

The delivery times for the shipping methods we offer are displayed during checkout. The delivery time is considered from the date your order is shipped and does not include our order processing time.

Delivery times are set by the shipping companies. Our customers worldwide generally receive their order within the stated delivery time frame but it is possible that your package may be delayed in transit or during customs processing by your country’s customs department. Although we have no control over these delays we will do everything possible to expedite your delivery.

If you need your order by a specific date we strongly recommend choosing an express shipping method that will allow you to receive your order with plenty of time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on the import laws of your country, it is possible that you may be charged customs, duty fees or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Baytul-Haya. If your country has special requirements for the customs processing of your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
